If your ball washer motor fails to run, you can check the capacitors with a multi-meter. The larger 25uF is the start capacitor, the smaller 15uF is the run capacitor. If they are damaged or faulty you may also see a metallic black ooze leaking from them. If they are reading zero capacitance, it may be easier and more economical to change the faulty capacitor before changing the motor.
